This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by VITARA, LLC through www.tryvitara.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, as well as our [Terms of Service] and [Refund & Return Policy].


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended. VITARA, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or service interruptions.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the site.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.
VITARA, LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your order appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you need additional assistance, you may also reach out to support@tryvitara.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related losses.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International orders may be available on a limited basis. If accepted, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

VITARA, LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers. Orders refused or abandoned at customs are not eligible for refunds or credits.


7. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
